Work With Us

We believe our people are great

Logistics Consulting thrives on flexibility. It is that flexibility that not only attracts our customers to us, it attracts great people too, and our people are our most precious resource.

We are happy to publicise that we are a very lean organisation. We do not do ‘9-5’ office based work. The solutions we offer our customers mean that we need to be flexible to meet their needs, but our people can use that flexibility to their advantage.

It may be that due to family, educational, volunteering or other commitments that you are only able to comfortably offer a couple of hours a day of working time. If you had to commute to and from an office every day, that would leave you with very little working options. At Logistics Consulting we can accommodate all sorts of availability challenges, depending on what our customers need from us.

We operate on a ‘virtual’ basis which means that wherever you are you can be at work. So long as you are able to communicate effectively, and can focus on your tasks that is good for us. This doesn’t mean that you are unsupervised or unsupported. All the usual performance measures and communications protocols you’d expect in an office will be in place too.

Our pay and reward structure is very transparent, and put simply, the more effort you put in, the more you get back. We like to think that our open and flexible ways of working are what attracts the best people to us.
